Pamper Party

For the safety of our wellness specialists, we require everyone interested in hosting a pamper party to complete a phone interview. Complete the form below, and we will contact you on the date and time you selected. Please Note:
• We have multiple massage therapists to accommodate any size group. 
• A minimum space is required: 7’x10’ for a single massage table and 10’x15’ for two massage tables.
• There will be an additional travel fee of $1.00 per-mile-round-trip for locations further than five miles from our office.

Not all therapists provide all services. We will work with you to ensure we are able to provide all of the services you select, while limiting the number of therapists required.

Length of Time Per Massage(Required)
We will multiply the number of individuals receiving a massage by the length of the massage to determine the total amount of time you will require a therapist. Please keep in mind there is roughly 2-3 minutes between clients for chair massages and 5-10 between clients for table massages. This time will be included in the proposal.
